Music Video
Kindness - "That’s Alright"

As usual, Kindness (a.k.a. the UK's Adam Bainbridge) takes an unorthodox approach to his video for the new single 'That’s Alright'. The song heavily samples the Trouble Funk track 'Still Smokin'', so this video is a live performance of Adam performing the song live with Trouble Funk many years after their heyday. A documentary by Adam about this experience and the Washington DC go-go scene is apparently on its way.. Watch

Music Video
Scissor Sisters - "Lets Have A Kiki"

This excellent fan-made video is a lot of fun - just like the song, which has been the highlight of the band’s recent shows... Watch

Music Video
Elton John Vs. Pnau - "Sad"

A really cool, trippy video for a beautiful track...
Pnau (if you don't know about these guys yet) is a two-member electronic duo from Australia (one half of which is Nick Littlemore from Empire of the Sun). Elton John is a huge fan, and gave them access to all the vocals from his back catalog... this is one of the results, taken from the forthcoming album... Watch

Music Video
The Presets - "Youth In Trouble"

The Presets are back... it's been a long time, but we've heard the album and it was worth the wait ...Watch

Music Video
Kindness - "House"

Kindness' album 'World You Need A Change Of Mind' was produced by Phillipe Zdar (Phoenix, The Rapture)... and for those who take the time to listen to it, the rewards are great. Busy P, Erol Alkan, Zane Lowe are all huge supporters... you are going to be hearing a lot more about this guy. Watch

Music Video
Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs - "American Dream pt. II"

TEED brings an artistic sensibility to dance music - something we would love to see a lot more of... and this is surely his funkiest joint to date.. Watch

Music Video
Scissor Sisters - "Only The Horses"

Calvin Harris gives Scissor Sisters a club-ready edge to their new single. This one is catchy as hell, and kind of irresistible. In other news, guess who has production credits on a bunch of tunes on their new album? Boys Noize - that's who. And Diplo worked on it too. And Pharrell. It is out at the end of May, so you don't have long to wait .. Watch

Music Video
Kindness - "Gee Up"

You might think you've seen this video before, and maybe you have... but there is a whole bit at the end that you haven't. This is a ridiculously great piece of armchair-disco/indie-funk... and the aforementioned bit at the end of the video puts us in mind of the British version of The Office..Watch

Music Video
Ladyhawke - "Black, White and Blue"

She's finally back... we love the new single, and the video is a suitably lavish affair - it is a re-creation of the classic 70's film 'The Life of Laura Mar's' which starred the legendary Faye Dunaway. We particularly enjoyed the trippy bit at the end... Watch

Music Video
Kindness - "Cyan"

This guy is coming out with his first album soon. Erol Alkan was involved in the production of this track... the Soulwax guys have been supporting him and the album was produced by Phillipe Zdar (Cassius) who produced Phoenix and The Rapture... the force is strong with this one ... Watch

Music Video
The Young Professionals - "D.I.S.C.O."

Rarely do you find such an oddball video (right out of leftfield) that is so artful, mysterious, engaging and addictive. The song is a hit-in-waiting. The two-man producer team responsible are from Israel, where this is the biggest thing since falafel, apparently. The chorus is sampled from an old disco tune from 1980, by Ottowan, that was a massive hit overseas, but never released in the US, which is why you may not recognize it. Enjoy...Watch
